Rich joined Turnwell Industries in November 2024. Prior to joining Turnwell, was the Vice President of Drilling and Completions for WPX Energy / Devon Energy from September 2017. With the WPX and Devon merger in January 2021, built the Drilling and Completion Team supporting all unconventional assets for the newly formed Devon Energy.
Nine years at EOG, most recently as the Division Operations Manager in Oklahoma City. In this role, was responsible for Drilling, Completions and Production. Before moving to OKC in October 2014, was the Division Completions Manager in Ft Worth, TX.
Prior to EOG, Rich spent 22 years with Schlumberger, including project management at the Regional Technology Center in Dallas focused on developing engineering practices and technologies for unconventional reservoirs. He held various positions across Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas, as well as internationally in London, Aberdeen (Scotland), Balikpapan (Indonesia), and Beijing (China).
Vice President, Finance & Functions
Alexander joined Turnwell Industries in January 2025 to lead the startup of the Finance and all other Functions. Prior to joining Turnwell, Alexander was the CFO / SVP of ADNOC Drilling and drove the transformation and modernization of Finance leading to the highly successful IPO of the company and subsequent revenue and market capitalization growth.
Before Alexander joined ADNOC, he spent over 20 years at BP that covered leadership roles across the full hydrocarbon value chain and the commercial and finance functions.

Julian leads operations across seven drilling rigs and two frac fleets, supporting the delivery of 144 wells in both oil and gas appraisal areas.
Before joining Turnwell in 2024, Julian served as Global Head of Partnerships at SLB’s headquarters in Paris, where he spearheaded global growth initiatives for the Reservoir Performance Division, covering stimulation, characterization, and intervention technologies.

Prior to joining Turnwell, Keith was President of MS Directional, a Patterson-UTI subsidiary. MS Directional is an industry leading, US unconventional directional drilling service provider. Keith joined Patterson-UTI in 2014 as the Vice President of SCM & Procurement supporting all Patterson-UTI companies and has held multiple leadership roles within the company.
