Enersol Launches UAE Energy Challenge to Fuel Next-Generation Energy Solutions
Bold new program targets early-stage startups developing breakthrough technologies in energy services

Abu Dhabi, UAE – May 22, 2025 – Enersol, the artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced technology investment platform joint venture created by ADNOC Drilling and Alpha Dhabi Holding (ADH), announced today at Make it in the Emirates the launch of a bold initiative to accelerate the development and deployment of cutting-edge technologies in the energy sector. The program, Enersol Energy Challenge, a search for the brightest energy entrepreneurs and inventors in the UAE, aims to uncover and support early-stage ventures offering transformative solutions across energy services.
A UAE-based intensive bootcamp will bring together 8 to 10 early- stage startups with innovative solutions in areas such as measurement-while-drilling, operational efficiency, robotics, emissions reduction, the Internet of Things, circular economy models and next-generation resource optimization. Each selected team will receive specialized mentorship, technical guidance and business training tailored to scaling impactful energy technologies.

The initiative will culminate in a Grand Pitch Showcase in October 2025, where finalists will present their solutions to a panel of industry leaders, potential investors and partners. Selected innovations will also be featured with Enersol at ADIPEC 2025, the world’s most prominent energy conference, helping create visibility, commercial opportunities and access to potential investment.

The program is part of Enersol’s broader mission to build a robust pipeline of strategic investments that complement and extend ADNOC Drilling’s value chain and ADH’s investment strategy in energy, while accelerating new manufacturing in the UAE and further strengthening its leadership in sustainable energy innovation.
