Our own Drilling Training Centre (DTC) holds prestigious professional accreditations both nationally and internationally in the fields of HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) and drilling. These accreditations, which include IADC, IWCF, OPITO, LEEA, AHA, NQA, ANSI, SQA, Highfields, American Safety and Health Institute, and ACTVET, enable the Center to offer a comprehensive development path for individuals pursuing careers in drilling and safety.
In 2024, DTC delivered a total of 1,537 courses conducted for 22,253 attendees.

Our efforts are led by the Gender Diversity Steering Committee and Gender Balance Committee, which work collaboratively to elevate practices that ensure equality of access and opportunity across all sites and units. The Gender Diversity Steering Committee reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for monitoring progress toward gender diversity targets. This committee oversees the Gender Balance Committee, which develops and implements approved programs and initiatives to advance gender equity within the organization.

ADNOC Youth Committee, composed of 14 young members of our company, is responsible for driving the engagement and development of our young colleagues within the organization to build and maintain the future leaders of the company. With this responsibility, the Committee organizes and participates in a range of activities around the year with four streams and objectives: Elevate, Disrupt, Impact and amplify.
