Sultan Al Mansoori has over 20 years of drilling experience at ADNOC. He has held many leadership roles across ADNOC upstream group of companies (Offshore and Onshore). As Senior Vice President – Onshore, he is responsible for the Company’s Land Rig Operations Function that includes Land Rigs, Water Well Rigs, Rig Moves, Operations Support and Base Support.

Youssef Salem joined ADNOC Drilling as Chief Financial Officer in 2023. Previously serving as the CFO of AIQ, a leading AI Platform for the oil and gas and energy sector, Salem has over 11 years of investment banking experience, holding several key executive and advisory roles with Moelis & Company and QInvest. He is also a CFA Charterholder, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, and a former Adjunct Professor of Practice at the American University in Cairo.

Emri Zeineldin joined ADNOC Drilling in December 2018 as Senior Vice President, Oil Field Services (OFS). Over the course of his career, Emri has held various senior positions within the Baker Hughes oil field services division, including Director and General Manager (then, BHGE) in the UAE and Yemen from 2017 to 2018.

Mr. Adel Al Marzooqi serves as the Senior Vice President Operations (offshore) of the Company, with over 25 years of experience in drilling engineering and operations. Throughout his career, he has held various senior roles within the ADNOC upstream group companies. In his current capacity, Mr. Al Marzooqi is responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of the Jack-Ups, Island Rigs, and Marine Services divisions.

Shaikha Ali Al Dhaheri joined ADNOC Drilling in 2022 as Senior Vice President, Human Capital and Shared Services. She has overall responsibility for leading the company's workforce strategies, talent development and organization development. Shaikha has been associated with ADNOC since 2004, and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Human Capital and Administration at ADNOC Offshore.

Dr. Yousuf Alkhoori brings over 16 years of distinguished experience within the ADNOC Group. As Senior Vice President, Finance & Control at, he leads key functions including Treasury Operations, Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Reporting, and Corporate Planning & Performance. Previously, Dr. Alkhoori served as Vice President of Group Treasury & Risk Management at ADNOC, where he was responsible for overseeing treasury operations and financing strategies.

Elias Tarawneh joined ADNOC Drilling as General Counsel in September 2023. He has more than 21 years of experience practicing as a counsel in the areas of energy and capital markets. Previously, Elias has served as a Regional General Counsel at Baker Hughes, Regional Lead Counsel for the OFE business at GE Oil & Gas and Regional General Counsel and Board Secretary at National Petroleum Services.

Dr. Eisa Al Hammadi has been associated with ADNOC since 2013, and currently leads the Audit & Assurance Division within ADNOC Drilling as Vice President. With a doctorate in Corporate Governance, his professional experience encompasses key public and private entities along with financial institutions.
